Fax your completed form to 604-685-3521 until Friday, July 16th 2010 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
After this date, please visit the onsite ICED registration desk, located in the Grand Ballroom
Foyer at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, BC.
If registering onsite please help speed up the process by filling in your registration form
before coming to the onsite registration desk.
FOR EXISTING REGISTRATIONS
NOTE: Cancellations at this date are now 100% non-refundable. Substitutions
and changes can be made and are subject to a $50 plus taxes administration
fee.
Until Friday, July 16th 2010, all requests
for existing registration changes can be made by sending an e-mail to
iced2010reg@advance-group.com.
After this date, changes must be made onsite at the ICED registration
desk, located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer at the Westin Bayshore Hotel,
1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, BC.

Full registration fees (Participant, CAEDHH Member, CAEDHH Student*, Student* or Keynote Presenter) include access to all sessions, congress meals, the July 18th Opening Reception, the July 19th & 20th Networking Receptions and congress materials.
One Day registration fees include access to all sessions, congress meals, and the July 19th or 20th Networking Reception and congress materials for the day purchased.
Accompanying Person registration fees include the July 18th Opening Reception, the July 19th and 20th Networking Receptions, one ticket for the Vancouver Trolley Tour and one Vancouver Garden & Museum of Anthropology Tour and congress meals.
CAEDHH Student* & Student*: Those applying for the Student rate must obtain a written and signed document from their program director and/or supervisor verifying your status. Please fax your document to 604.685.3521, Attn: Luciana Evangelista. Documents must be received prior to the start of the congress.
Leaders Summit**: The Leaders Summit precedes the Congress and will take place on Sunday July 18th at the Morris J. Wosk Center for Dialogue. Registration for the Summit is available only to delegates who also register for the full ICED 2010 Congress and is an additional fee of $225 CAD + 12% HST. Space is limited. Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Any and all changes and/or cancellations MUST be submitted by email or fax to Advance Group.
• All changes and cancellations are subject to a $50.00 CAD (+12% HST) administration fee.
• Cancellations received prior to 5:00PM PST June 11, 2010 are eligible for a full refund less $150.00 CAD (+12% HST). Cancellations received after 5:00 PM PST June 11, 2010 are 100% non-refundable.
• An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time for a $50.00 CAD (+12% HST) administrative fee.
• Credit cards that need to be re-processed are subject to a $75.00 CAD (+12% HST) administrative fee.

CAEDHH Members and CAEDHH Student Members, if you have not received your email with your INVITATION CODE you will need to contact your Regional Director. You will need the invitation code to start your registration and receive the Member rate.
